Mixed Movement
with Dawn Crandell
Mixed Movement the dance class - Dawn has created a high energy experience open to all levels by drawing on her own background in modern, West African, house and her strong improvisation skills. Class begins with a thorough stretch and warm up, then continues with a balance of set choreographed phrases of "mixed movement" and sections of improvisation. In both the choreography and the improv the focus will be on finding and/or developing one's own style of movement.
Mixed Movement is taking place on Wednesdays at Zion Arts from 7 - 8.30pm
